Job Description
- Perform inspection and preventive maintenance (PM) on medical equipment distributed by the company
- Repair medical devices and provide basic usage training to customers
- Transport medical equipment according to assigned delivery orders
- Coordinate with customers to schedule equipment inspections
- Provide consultation and troubleshoot basic repair issues; prepare service reports
- Follow up on repair progress, after-sales service, and maintain communication with customers
Qualifications
- Male, aged 20–30 years
- Vocational Certificate (Por Wor Sor) or Bachelor’s degree in Electronics or related fields
- Good personality, high level of patience, and integrity
- Passionate about sales and customer service
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Owns a personal car and holds a valid driver’s license
- Open to new graduates or candidates without experience
